Two men aged in their 50s are among 17 people who have died from coronavirus in Victoria in the past 24 hours – the deadliest day in the state so far.
394 new cases have been reported since yesterday.
The Victorian government has also announced a $60 million funding boost for mental health services.
Meanwhile, 10 new cases of COVID-19 have been diagnosed in New South Wales.
