Victoria has recorded it’s deadliest day in the coronavirus pandemic, with 17 deaths and 394 new cases.

Premier Daniel Andrews gave a press conference earlier outlining the latest in the state’s response to the pandemic, mental health measures, and Stage 4 lockdown restrictions.
